Madness Lyrics back...

I've finally got round to pulling in my old Madness content from my previous site, mainly because my old ISP has finally decided to can the free FrontPage accounts it used to allow. Maybe I'll get round to updating it and adding more info and pictures one day (it's only taken me 18 months to get this much done!)

It's a bit scary looking back through content that I started putting together almost 10 years ago, but that which is still relevant is now up on Theo Gray .com, including a few lyrics and details about the Nutty Dread album.

The main bit that I've dumped is the Links page, as my long list of Madness fan sites now contains about 5 that still work. The simplest way to find out more about Madness is to go along to the official Madness website.

One thing I do remember about 10 years ago is when my email signature used to have "Madness is all in the mind" as a quote until my boss got a complaint from a customer that didn't understand why I had included that at the bottom of a work email... ho hum!

Dive Aid - Happy New Year... Part 2

It's been a few weeks since we had a new article on Dive Aid. Even so, things are still ticking along in the background, and the recent Dive Aid: What We Have Done So Far article gives an overview of what has been achieved with everyone's support.

Paul has also sent us an update - Happy New Year... Part 2 - which is now published on the website. Paul's original account has created heated discussions on forums and news sites around the world; we are very happy to publish his follow up here.

Bill Hill and OSPREY

Finally got round to watching the Bill Hill - A Hike Around Microsoft's Forests video on Channel 9 today. A lot of fun, and I'm also enjoying getting into his paper "The Magic of Reading" - OSPREY.

I've been interested in the idea of making content as readable on screen as it is in books for a long time, and now that things are really progressing with OSPREY and other technologies, I'm looking forward to not printing articles out anymore, and maybe buying myself a Tablet PC; I just wish I had the time to read more about these and other UI ideas.
